At JerseyFactory.ie, we know you're looking forward to receiving your new jersey, and we work hard to get every order on its way as quickly as possible.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders on the next working day after your order is placed. However, during particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If your order is affected by a significant delay, we'll contact you directly to keep you updated.

Republic of Ireland

Courier: An Post Express

Estimated delivery: Usually within 2 working days of dispatch.

Six Counties & United Kingdom & Six Counties 

Courier: DPD

Estimated delivery: Usually 3–4 working days from dispatch.

🌍 Rest of the World

Courier: FedEx

Estimated delivery: Varies by destination, generally within 10–12 working days of dispatch.

Important Delivery Information

Dispatch & delivery: Delivery estimates begin when your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

Busy periods: During Christmas, promotional events and other particularly busy periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Tracking: Where available, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your order's journey.

International deliveries: Customs clearance and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause additional delays.
