We offer refunds for any reason for all purchases made within 28 days. 

We offer exchanges for any reason for all purchases for 28 days. This time frame has been extended for purchase made between 21.11.25 and 24.12.25 these products can be exchanged up to 20.01.26 as we appreciate these purchases may be made as Christmas presents. 

Don’t worry — we’ll make it easy for you. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email on jerseyfactory@yahoo.com to request your unique return number before sending anything back.

⚬ All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
⚬ Personalised jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged.
⚬ Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Once you have your unique return number please return your item to:
